Alpha One Event Reservation Information

Deposit Fee

1. Please review our differrent Game packages along with their prices. Once you haved selected a  package fill out our contact information form below or call us at 714-809-6988to speak with one of our staff who will check your requested date availability and answer questions you  may have. Upon booking your event you will be ask to pay a $50.00 non refundable deposit that will be deducted from your full payment. However, if you need to cancel the reservation due to rain, then we will refund you your deposit as long as you notify us at least 4 hours prior to the event. If you still want us to do the event when its raining, you have to provide us an alternative venue/location indoor to set up our equipment.


 2. Once your party is booked, we will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will receive  a call from one of our staff  a week prior to your scheduled party/event to assure you that we will be there just to give you a piece of mind. 


3.Please check with your local City Department of Parks and Recreation for any kind of permit required to hold the party in a public park. You are responsible to  acquire any kind of permit from your Home Association or City to use their park for an event. If a copy of our insurance policy is needed, please let us know and we will gladly provide it to you.


4. EVERYBODY'S  SAFETY  is our number one priority. Any type of safety hazard such as sand on the concrete, any sharp objects, holes on the ground, animal droppings etc. will prevent us from setting up our equipment and starting the game on time. So, please try to provide us a clean and safe environment/field for an enjoyable experience.
